FACS Clubs
| Art Club - The Art Club is for any student who has a talent and/or appreciation of the visual arts. We have a two-fold purpose of developing each individual student in their abilities and knowledge of the art world, as well as providing opportunities for the students to use their God given talents to enhance the school and community. Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) - Mission Statement: “To present to athletes and coaches, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.” National Honor Society - The purpose of the National Honor Society is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulate the desire to render service, promote leadership, develop character, and encourage citizenship. Juniors and seniors who have a GPA of 4.0 or higher and exhibit qualities of strong character are eligible for membership. Quiz Bowl - Quiz Bowl meets weekly to discuss educational trivia and train for competition. We participate in competitions at various times of the year. Spirit Club - The Spirit Club will promote awareness of school activities and build interest among the student body. The intent is to support all school activities including but not limited to: sports, fine arts, FACS Family events, and service projects. Student Christian Fellowship - The mission of the Student Christian Fellowship is to provide students with opportunities for spiritual growth through God’s Word, worship, prayer and service. Student Council - The purpose of the organization shall be to encourage communication between the student body and faculty, to promote high academic standards, increase school spirit, loyalty, and promote Christian citizenship. |
